Port Canaveral waives on-site parking fees for vehicles displaying a Florida Disabled Veteran (DV) license plate issued under Florida Statute 320.084, 320.0842, or 320.0845. The veteran must be in the vehicle. Standard parking at Port Canaveral is $20/day plus tax. The Canaveral Port Authority board officially approved this waiver. No reservation required, pay-on-arrival lots accept the DV waiver at the kiosk.
Restrictions
Florida Toll Exemption Permits and adaptive-equipment vehicles also qualify. Official CPA board approval documented by Seatrade Cruise (seatrade-cruise.com/ports-destinations/port-canaveral-authorizes-free-parking-for-disabled-veterans). Parking agents will not grant waivers for any other reason.
