Oregon service-connected disabled veterans can get specialty Disabled Veteran license plates with a one-time permanent registration fee (rather than paying renewal fees every two years). Qualifying veterans must have a service-connected disability that meets the criteria under Oregon law (ORS 805.100).
Restrictions
Initial plate fee applies ($41 for new plates). No ongoing county registration fee for Disabled Veteran plates. These plates cannot be used for disabled person parking spaces. Apply through Oregon DMV.
