Oregon veterans with a service-connected disability rating of 25% or more from the VA receive a free combination license covering hunting, fishing, and shellfish licenses, plus a Columbia River Basin Endorsement, from the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. Resident disabled veterans can also qualify for a $25 elk tag.
Restrictions
Must be an Oregon resident for at least six months. Non-resident uniformed service members may also hunt or fish at the in-state resident license cost.
