Iowa veterans who left high school to serve in the military and never received their diploma can apply for an honorary diploma through their local school district. This program, called Operation Recognition, honors their service and provides an official diploma without requiring coursework.
Restrictions
Veteran must have been honorably discharged. Apply through the school district where the veteran was last enrolled. Contact your County Veterans Service Office for assistance.
