Oklahoma offers a special "Disabled Veteran" license plate to veterans with a 50% or greater service-connected disability, those who received a VA grant for a specially adapted vehicle, or those who lost a limb or an eye. This plate comes with a reduced annual registration fee. Surviving spouses receiving Dependency and Indemnity Compensation can also get the plate.

Restrictions

Available for motorcycles as well as standard vehicles. Plate cannot be transferred to another person but can move to a newly registered vehicle owned by the same veteran. Apply through Oklahoma Tax Commission.
