The Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown (Burlington County) provides free burial to eligible New Jersey resident veterans, with no cost for the grave site, grave liner, opening and closing of the grave, or perpetual care. Eligible dependents and certain surviving family members may also be interred there.

Restrictions

No cost for burial unless next of kin opts for a private vault instead of the state-provided grave liner. Pre-registration is encouraged and can be done in person or by mail. Cemetery covers 225 acres, designed for 171,000 veterans and family members.
