Details
New Jersey service-disabled veterans who received a free automobile from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs due to their disability may also receive free vehicle registration for that vehicle from the NJ Motor Vehicle Commission. Veterans who lost their sight due to war service and qualify for state compensation under N.J.S.A. 38:18-1 also qualify.
Restrictions
Vehicle must be equipped with special attachments for safe operation and properly insured. Apply by calling 609-292-6500 ext. 5076. Vehicle must be the one provided by the VA.
