The Arizona Department of Veterans' Services operates a statewide network of Veteran Benefits Counselors (VBCs) who provide free, one-on-one counseling to help veterans, dependents, and survivors understand and file claims for both state and federal benefits. Appointments available in person, by phone, or by video call.

Schedule by calling 602-535-1215 or using the online appointment links on the page. VBCs are distinct from federal VA representatives, these are state-employed, free, and cover both state and federal benefit claims.
