IDVA has partnered with the National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) to give Illinois veterans and their families free access to legal representation in appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). This is a state-funded partnership that supplements, not duplicates, federal legal aid.
Restrictions
NVLSP is a national nonprofit. The Illinois partnership makes this accessible through IDVA. Contact an IDVA VSO to connect with the program.
