Massachusetts veterans who are paraplegic receive free hunting and fishing licenses from MassWildlife. This is a statutory exemption and is not subject to the fee increases that apply to other resident licenses.

Restrictions

Listed on the fee schedule as "Resident/Non-resident Hunting, Paraplegic, FREE" and "Resident Fishing (Age 70 or over, Or paraplegic, blind, intellectually disabled), FREE." First-time applicants may need pre-approval; contact MassWildlife at (508) 389-6300.
