Restrictions
Must have served on active duty under honorable conditions, or completed initial term of Reserve/National Guard obligation under honorable conditions. WDVA verifies eligibility first (via MyWisVets.com or WDVA Form 2241), do not visit the DMV before receiving WDVA approval.
