Texas disabled veterans with a VA-rated service-connected disability of 50 percent or more (or loss of use of a foot or leg) can get a free Super Combo hunting and fishing license that includes five state endorsements, resident hunting, resident fishing, archery, freshwater and saltwater fishing, upland game bird, and migratory game bird.

Restrictions

Available to resident and non-resident qualifying disabled veterans. Must show official VA proof of disability (issued within last 12 months) stating the rate of disability, or a Texas Driver License with "Disabled Veteran" designation. Available in person at license retailers only. Federal Duck Stamp not included but required for waterfowl hunting.
