Alabama offers a special hunting license to service-connected disabled veterans at a fraction of the normal cost: 100% service-connected veterans pay just $2 (plus an issuance fee); veterans rated 50% pay half the regular license fee. Both groups are also exempt from paying the fee on an annual nighttime feral swine and coyote hunting license (they pay only the issuance fee).

Restrictions

Ala. Code §§ 9-11-44, 9-11-235. Must present VA disability certification. Purchase through Outdoor Alabama (1-888-848-6887), a Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries District Office, or a county Probate Office/License Commissioner.
