Arkansas offers a near-free lifetime hunting license to veterans who are 100% totally and permanently disabled, as certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. At $1.50, it grants full resident sportsman's hunting privileges for life. Requires one year of Arkansas residency and must be obtained from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) Little Rock office or by mail.
