Veterans with a service-connected disability that meets specific criteria (vision loss, loss of limbs, or other qualifying permanent impairments) can receive a Disabled Hoosier Veteran license plate at no cost. The plate also qualifies the veteran for the discounted $25 Golden Hoosier Passport to state parks.

Restrictions

Apply using State Form 32584 at a BMV branch. Veterans can get a plate for each registered vehicle they own.
