Disabled veterans in Alaska can receive one free, two-year camping pass valid at all developed Alaska State Park campgrounds. Must apply in person with proof of service-connected disability at the Anchorage or Fairbanks Department of Natural Resources Public Information Center.

Restrictions

Pass is for camping only, no boat launch or day-use pass included. Anchorage DNR: (907) 269-8400; Fairbanks DNR: (907) 451-2705. Call ahead to confirm required paperwork.
