Utah active-duty and reserve service members who perform at least 200 days of qualifying active-duty service outside Utah in a calendar year may receive a full property tax exemption on their primary residence for the following year.

Restrictions

Exemption covers the year after the qualifying service period. Does not apply to property owned exclusively by the service member's spouse.
